MULTI-PART HOME RENOVATION
This was a great project and one that made me wish I was better about getting pictures. This home had been renovated only a few years earlier and when our clients bought it they had a very different vision for it, s you can see. We completely reconfigured the primary suite which included taking over an entry closet to enlarge the shower/wet room, vaulting the ceiling and installing all new cabinetry and fixtures. We repurposed a storage area in the garage into a more useful "mudroom" that is accessed from off the kitchen, near the entry. Lots of great stuff in this one.
BASEMENT CONVERSION
Our clients had just purchased this home on their move from across the country and wanted to make better use of their "partially finished" basement. We completely reconfigured the entire space adding a bedroom, bathroom with soaking tub and walk in shower, laundry closet and living area as well as creating additinal storage space. Rebuilding the staircase to make a more comfortable grade and replacing the funace with a minisplit system really made this house a much more functional and comfortable home.
MULTI-PART HOME RENOVATION
These clients had recently purchased this home that was just in need of some updating. And again, wishing we had taken more/better pictures. This partial home remodel included a whole new kitchen, new flooring, reconfigured full bath, updated powder room, new fireplace tile in two rooms, new large, covered outdoor patio area and a number of miscellaneous finish and fixture updates throughout.
